First County Bank and First County Bank Foundation To Be Recognized At SilverSource Golf Fundraiser

STAMFORD, CT - Celebrating the SilverSource 18th Annual Charity Golf Outing, as well as 110 years of service to the community, the Board of Trustees has announced that it has selected Reyno A. Giallongo, Jr., Chairman and CEO, First County Bank and the First County Bank Foundation for special recognition of their community leadership at the June 11th event to be held at Rockrimmon Country Club. The annual Golf Outing raises funds to benefit the SilverSource Elderly Housing Stability Program, elderly eviction protection and the Ride to Wellness medical transportation program.

“First County Bank and First County Bank Foundation have been enduring supporters of SilverSource, and the Ride to Wellness medical transportation program as well as a number of community programs and events,” said Kathleen Bordelon, Executive Director of the organization. “As a nonprofit we rely on corporate partners like First County Bank and the Foundation to be able to provide vital services that aren’t otherwise offered. They are one of our area’s great philanthropic organizations. We are thrilled to recognize Rey Giallongo, Jr. for the support they provide.”
